Volaris Service Rules
The Volaris service is an informational platform (bulletin board) where users independently post advertisements and respond to them. All transfers are carried out directly between individuals without the service participating in settlements or transactions.
The service is intended exclusively for ordinary people who need to transfer a small amount of money to relatives or friends abroad. Use of the service functionality is permitted only for personal, household, and everyday purposes.
It is prohibited to use the service if your purpose is to conduct commercial, business, or any other transfers not related to personal needs. Volaris is not intended for transferring large amounts and is not suitable for legal entities or business payments.
These Rules are an integral part of the user agreement and are mandatory for all users of the Volaris service. Violation of the rules may lead to restricted access or account suspension until the circumstances are clarified.
1. Age Restriction
1.1. Only persons who have reached the age of 21 may use the service.
2. Prohibition on Acting on Behalf of Third Parties
2.1. It is prohibited to create requests, advertisements, or make transfers on behalf of another person.
2.2. All actions must be performed exclusively on your own behalf and using personal banking details.
3. Sequence of Actions
3.1. A user does not have the right to submit a new request before completing the current one if the transfer under the previous request has not yet been completed.
4. Requirements for Banking Details
4.1. It is prohibited to create advertisements and requests indicating banks in which the user does not have accounts.
4.2. Transfers by phone number are not allowed if this method is not supported between the specified banks.
4.3. The user bears full responsibility for the correctness of the specified details. In the event of sending funds to a third party, a refund is not guaranteed, and the Volaris service bears no obligation to provide compensation.
5. Sources of Transfers
5.1. It is prohibited to make transfers from sole proprietor accounts, corporate cards, and any other business accounts.
5.2. All transfers must originate only from personal accounts of individuals.
5.3. Sources of funds must be lawful. In the event of any suspicion regarding the illegal origin of funds, the service has the right to transfer information to the competent authorities.
5.4. The service strictly prohibits the use of funds obtained from online casinos, betting offices, and other gambling platforms. Any attempt to process such funds through the service will result in their blocking and the transfer of information to law enforcement authorities.
6. Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
6.1. Volaris does not permit the use of the service for money laundering, financing illegal activities, circumventing banking controls, or concealing the true origin of funds.
6.2. The service has the right to request confirmation of the source of funds from the user if the nature of the transfers raises suspicion.
6.3. Any operations that, by form, frequency, amounts, or user behavior, may indicate an attempt to circumvent banking or financial legislation may be suspended pending verification.
6.4. If signs of money laundering are identified, the information will be transferred to the competent state authorities. The user may be blocked without the right of restoration.
6.5. Attempts to split amounts, create multiple advertisements to circumvent restrictions, or use third parties are regarded as violations of the service’s AML policy.
7. Duplicate Advertisements
7.1. It is prohibited to publish two or more identical advertisements simultaneously.
8. Obligations under Profitable Transfer
8.1. In the event that funds are received by the recipient under a Profitable Transfer, the creator of the advertisement must immediately confirm receipt of the transfer.
Volaris reserves the right to amend these Rules without prior notice. Continued use of the service means acceptance of the current version of the Rules.
